I grew up along the Lake Michigan shoreline in Algoma, and I am proud to call northeastern Wisconsin home for my entire life. I am a shareholder with the Menn Law Firm and am the co-chair of our Litigation and Risk Management practice group. I concentrate my practice in complex and general litigation matters involving personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, negligence claims, professional negligence, product liability, fire loss, claims involving breach of contract, and commercial and real estate disputes. I have successfully tried and have been lead counsel in over 40 civil jury trials throughout my years of practice. Several of those trials have lasted at least one week in duration. I also routinely serve as local counsel for large corporations dealing with litigated matters throughout the state of Wisconsin, in both state and federal court.
During my off hours, you will find me with my wife spending time with family and friends and attending the various athletic schedules of our four sons. I have been a head coach for Pop Warner Football in the Fox Valley for 13 years, having had the privilege of coaching each of our boys as they progressed through grade school and middle school.
“My clients’ objectives and goals are of primary importance to me. I believe it is important to listen to and understand the individual needs of each client and then aggressively search for and implement appropriate solutions to help them resolve the issues they are facing.”
“I would like to take this opportunity to express my deepest appreciation for all of the hard work and effort you put into the successful defense of Fasse Paint Company. I cannot possibly imagine or comprehend the number of hours and personal sacrifice you and your staff put into this case. Most importantly, Chris, I have to say thank you for your sincere effort in representing my personal interests in this case. There was never a doubt in my mind that you did not look at this case as ‘just another job.’ From the very first day, you listened intently, gathered the facts, and were determined to truly understand the details of the case. Not once did you brush me off or dismiss anything I had to say. I always felt you had my best interest at heart. I cannot tell you how much this meant to Karen and me. Your professionalism, determination, preparedness, and work ethic are beyond category. As I viewed firsthand during our two-week jury trial, there was no other attorney I would rather have represent me than you. As I looked around the courtroom each day, I could not help but feel blessed to have you on my side. I experienced a ‘once in a lifetime’ event and met a wonderful and talented individual that I will forever call a friend.”
-Jim Fasse, President of Fasse Paint Company
“Our medical practice has enjoyed a longstanding relationship with Chris Wolske over many years. He has provided us with expert legal opinions and advice on various aspects of our business. Chris is always available to the physicians and me and has become a trusted attorney and friend.”
— Tina M. Sauer, CAPPM, Director, Hand to Shoulder Center of Wisconsin, Ltd.We are so thankful to have met Chris! His knowledge and passion in representing me was incomparable. From day one, he truly listened to understand the situation from my perspective so that he could effectively represent me in court. Throughout our case, I felt as though Chris had a personal, vested interest in ensuring that I was represented accurately and skillfully. Chris showed up every day with an intensity and commitment that eventually helped us win. His demeanor, professionalism and overall presence in the courtroom is exactly what anyone would want from their attorney. Throughout our experience and especially during the jury trial, I was beyond grateful to have Chris in my corner. Without his dedication and hard work, our life could have taken a very different trajectory. We are beyond grateful to him!
