Since 1981, I have been serving clients in the most important legal matters they encounter during their lives. In estate planning and probate, I assist clients in the planning and implementation of transferring their assets to their surviving family members, or other recipients, in a tax-efficient way. In the field of business law, I have assisted clients in establishing, purchasing and selling businesses, drafting and reviewing contracts and resolving business disputes. I conduct real estate transactions for both individuals and businesses of all types. I am a Shareholder in Menn Law Firm, Ltd. and was its managing partner from 2006 to 2014. I have spent my entire professional career with the firm.
