About

I am a 2013 and 2017 double Marquette graduate for both my undergrad and law school. During law school, I clerked with Menn and then practiced for four years at a firm in Milwaukee.  My practice focus is on general corporate work, mergers and acquisitions, as well as some commercial real estate centered projects. Through my experiences I’ve honed my deal structuring and drafting skills working with clients in various industries including small startups, established family businesses, and private equity firms. In addition, I have had my own entrepreneurial projects that have helped me understand the tough decisions that must be made as a business owner.

I enjoy digging into both straight forward and complex transactions to ensure the documents reflect my client’s best business interests and the deal that’s been agreed upon by the parties involved.
