Areas of Practice

Accident & Workplace Injuries General Litigation

About

I am a member of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group representing clients in a wide variety of matters with a focus on complex litigation, motion practice, and appellate work. I represent private parties, organizations, and businesses in a wide range of disputes including contract claims, non-compete/restrictive covenant issues, commercial and residential landlord/tenant disputes, real estate matters, class action wage and hour claims, and a variety of other matters. I also represent both victims and insurance companies in personal injury cases including automobile/motorcycle accidents and all other negligent and intentional acts cases. Finally, I represent both insurance companies and individuals/businesses in regards to insurance coverage disputes that often arise in those cases.

I graduated as valedictorian of Kaukauna High School before earing my B.S. with distinction in mathematics and computer science and J.D. magna cum lade both from the University of Wisconsin Madison. While in law school, I clerked at multiple Madison law firms and served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable David Prosser at the Wisconsin Supreme Court before returning home to join the Menn Law Firm.

Life is complicated, and the law is often even more so. I dedicated my career to helping my busy clients unravel those complexities and navigate the legal process in an aggressive manner to achieve the best possible results. This is the best way I know how to give back to the community where I was born and raised.

“I’ve never had any experience with having a lawyer, and honestly it terrified me. Thankfully Jacob was by my side for this case. His confidence assured me I was in good hands. He’s very calm and collected, making this situation a breeze when I expected a hurricane. If I ever get into any kind of legal conflict, Jacob is the first one I’m calling without a doubt.”
