I have been a lifelong resident of the Fox Cities. I grew up on a small hobby farm, north of Appleton, raising quarter horses and beef cattle. From that experience, a strong ethic was engrained in me. I graduated from Fox Valley Lutheran High School after being involved in numerous extracurricular activities, including varsity sports.
Since I graduated from law school at Valparaiso University, I have served my clients primarily in the areas of civil litigation, including personal injury litigation, business litigation, workers compensation litigation, employment law litigation, family law and real estate dispute litigation.
I have been a Shareholder of Menn Law Firm since 2005 and have extensive trial/litigation experience in both State and Federal Courts. I have been successful in dozens of civil trials and have been successful in a number of appeals to the Wisconsin Court of Appeals and have successfully argued a case in front of the Wisconsin Supreme Court (Augsberger v. Homestead Mutual Insurance Company, et al.)
My wife is also a lifelong resident of Wisconsin and we have two teenage sons who are involved in essentially every sport known to mankind. Our family is involved in numerous community and church related activities in the Fox Cities.
“Often, litigation is a client’s first exposure to the law. Naturally, there can be significant anxiety about what to expect. I find it gratifying to reassure people by answering their questions about the process – – and then aggressively representing their interests to the best of any ability.”
“I found Jarrod to be honest and have great follow-through; when he says he’ll do something, he does it. I always felt he had my best interests at heart.”
— Ronald M. Kilgore, SR.
“Jarrod Papendorf from Menn Law Firm is an invaluable resource to our company. I’ve had the privilege of working with him for many years and consider him an extension of our team. I can call him any time of the day with concerns and he is always responsive. He protects our company and keeps us up to date on the ever-changing laws. These are just a few things that make Jarrod great. I would recommend him without reservation.”
